We will endeavour to submit your application within 2 weeks of meeting you and of receipt of all the relevant information provided by you.
Please be aware that our fees do not include disbursements which relate to costs payable to third parties, such as visa fees including;-
- Fees relating to independent expert reports e.g. medical experts, if any.
- Cost relating to travel expenses for attendance at interviews, if you have been called upon
The costs quoted do not include:
- Any fees issued/charged by the Home Office for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
- Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal
